Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RingCentral customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of RingCentral products and services
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the issue resolution
  • Ensure customer data accuracy within RingCentral systems
  • Record customer interactions and issue resolutions in the customer database
  • Collaborate with other teams to investigate and resolve customer issues
