- Serve as the primary point of contact for RingCentral customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain thorough knowledge of RingCentral products and services
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers
- Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the issue resolution
- Ensure customer data accuracy within RingCentral systems
- Record customer interactions and issue resolutions in the customer database
- Collaborate with other teams to investigate and resolve customer issues
