Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Salesforce Platform. As the Product Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying customer needs, defining product requirements, and driving the roadmap for our Salesforce integration. If you are a strategic thinker, have a strong background in product management and Salesforce, and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our customers, we would love to have you join our team.

  1. Develop and execute product strategy for RingCentral's Salesforce Platform, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Identify customer needs and pain points related to Salesforce integration, through market research, customer feedback, and data analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to define product requirements and priorities.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including upcoming releases, new features, and competitive landscape, to inform product decisions.
  5. Create and maintain a product roadmap for the Salesforce Platform, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
  6. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
  7. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and customers.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement and inform future development.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert and go-to resource for all Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management and Salesforce integration, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiation for RingCentral.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Engineering, Sales, And Marketing Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Product Manager In The Software Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Salesforce Platform.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Platform Features And Capabilities, Including Experience With Salesforce Lightning, Apex, And Visualforce.

  • Experience With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Tools, Such As Jira.
