Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Partner Director to join our team and drive the growth and success of our partner program. As a Partner Director at RingCentral, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, build and maintain relationships with top industry partners, and play a crucial role in driving our company's continued success.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and expand our partner program.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners, including communication, engagement, and contract negotiations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product to develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  4. Identify and onboard new partners that align with our business goals and objectives.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and support to partners to ensure successful collaboration.
  6. Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
  8. Develop and manage partner program budgets and forecasts.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver training and enablement programs for partners.
  10. Represent RingCentral at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
  11. Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to track the success and impact of partner initiatives.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the partner program to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with business goals.
  13. Work closely with the sales team to drive partner-generated leads and opportunities.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on RingCentral's products, services, and partner program.
  15. Lead and motivate a team of partner managers to achieve individual and team goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry: Ringcentral Is A Leading Provider Of Cloud-Based Communications Solutions, So The Partner Director Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitors, And Customer Needs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Partner Director Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Key Partners, So Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships.
