  5. Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical and account management skills.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RingCentral's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  10. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  11. Prepare and present reports on account status, customer feedback, and team performance to senior management.
  12. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
