- Develop and maintain financial models to support the Go-To-Market strategy, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Go-To-Market organization.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the Go-To-Market organization, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Go-To-Market organization.
- Support the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes for the Go-To-Market organization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Go-To-Market financial planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with other FP&A teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Technology Or Saas Company.
Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Principles.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Key Insights And Provide Actionable Recommendations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team, With Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
