
Majors Expansion Account Manager
RingCentral is searching for an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Majors Expansion Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team and help us drive the next phase of our business. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who is eager to build relationships and expand our presence in the market.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a telecommunications or software-as-a-service environment. They should be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to identify and leverage trends to drive success. They should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally. Lastly, they should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and have the drive to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive success and expand our presence in the market.
- Identify and leverage trends to drive sales and account management results.
- Manage and monitor marketplace activity, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Develop and maintain sales and account management plans and goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze data to identify trends and formulate recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiate and close key deals and contracts.
- Develop and implement plans for training, coaching, and developing team members.
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge of the telecommunications and software-as-a-service market.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest technology and industry developments.
