- Oversee the implementation of RingCentral products and services for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with RingCentral's solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise for clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide strategic recommendations for enhancing RingCentral's products and services.
- Serve as a point of escalation for any complex customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to promote a high level of engagement and motivation among team members.
Strong Technical Background: A Lead Technical Account Manager At Ringcentral Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, As Well As A Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Telecommunications, Cloud Computing, And Network Architecture. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues For Customers.
