  1. Manage a team of Technical Account Managers and provide guidance and support to ensure their success in delivering exceptional service to clients.
  2. Oversee the implementation of RingCentral products and services for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with RingCentral's solutions.
  4. Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise for clients.
  6. Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  7. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide strategic recommendations for enhancing RingCentral's products and services.
  8. Serve as a point of escalation for any complex customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to promote a high level of engagement and motivation among team members.
