Jr. Professional Services UC Engineer

At RingCentral, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Jr. Professional Services UC Engineer to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented and has excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in UC technology. You will be responsible for providing technical consulting, implementation and support services to our customers.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, and at least one year of experience in a technical support or customer service role. Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, LDAP and Microsoft products is essential, and experience with PBX systems, network protocols and Cisco products would be beneficial.
