Job Description

RingCentral is seeking an experienced and passionate HR Service Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience with HR systems, processes, and procedures. The HR Service Desk Administrator will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for responding to employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolution, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.The successful candidate will possess a combination of excellent customer service skills, technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to providing a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Service Desk role. Experience with HR systems and processes, such as payroll and employee benefits, is a plus.If you are a customer service-minded individual with a passion for HR and a commitment to delivering a positive experience to employees, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Provide technical and procedural support to employees related to HR systems, processes, and procedures.
  3. Follow up with employees to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues and inquiries.
  5. Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions.
  6. Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures.
  7. Monitor and evaluate customer service standards and procedures.
  8. Participate in HR system and process improvement initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest HR technologies, trends, and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure successful employee experiences.
