
HR Service Desk Administrator
RingCentral is seeking an experienced and passionate HR Service Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience with HR systems, processes, and procedures. The HR Service Desk Administrator will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for responding to employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolution, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.The successful candidate will possess a combination of excellent customer service skills, technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to providing a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Service Desk role. Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide technical and procedural support to employees related to HR systems, processes, and procedures.
- Follow up with employees to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions.
- Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate customer service standards and procedures.
- Participate in HR system and process improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure successful employee experiences.
