- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with RingCentral's overall business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR matters.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with recruitment teams to attract and hire top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and engaged work culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

- Manage and resolve any HR-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Oversee the performance review process and provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team to identify and implement organization-wide HR initiatives and programs.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote RingCentral's company culture and values both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Role
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Within The Organization.
