- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent for various positions within the company.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruiting agencies to support hiring goals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Recruitment And Hiring Processes
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations
