- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of FedRamp guidelines and requirements.
- Implement and maintain continuous monitoring processes to ensure compliance with FedRamp guidelines.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Analyze and interpret security data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of security controls and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging security threats to continuously improve the FedRamp compliance program.
- Communicate and collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of FedRamp audits.
- Train and educate employees on security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to the FedRamp compliance program.
- Participate in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the FedRamp compliance program.
- Communicate regularly with management and provide updates on the status of the FedRamp compliance program.
- Represent the company during FedRamp audits and assist with the remediation of any identified issues.
Knowledge Of Fedramp Requirements And Understanding Of The Continuous Monitoring Process: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Fedramp Requirements And How They Apply To Continuous Monitoring. This Includes Knowledge Of Security Controls, Risk Management, And Compliance Frameworks.
Experience With Cloud Security And Technologies: As Ringcentral Is A Cloud-Based Company, A Fedramp Continuous Monitoring Analyst Should Have Experience With Cloud Security And Technologies. This Includes Knowledge Of Cloud Architecture, Virtualization, And Security Best Practices For Cloud Environments.
