  1. Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts by developing and implementing account plans, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape, in order to effectively position and sell to clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify areas for growth and expansion, and work with them to develop strategies to achieve their business goals.
  7. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track account activity and progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  8. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to proactively identify new business opportunities.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for RingCentral, representing the company's values and mission to clients and partners.
  10. Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices, learn from each other, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience In Enterprise-Level Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Large Enterprise Accounts, With A Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Cloud Communications, Unified Communications, And Contact Center Solutions, Is Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As An Enterprise Expansion Account Manager, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With C-Level Executives And Negotiate Complex Deals Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Oral And Written Communication Skills.
