- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop and execute effective employee retention strategies.

- Serve as a point of contact for employees to voice their opinions and concerns about engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve employee engagement programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support employee engagement efforts.
- Create and maintain reports and metrics to measure the success and impact of employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote employee engagement initiatives internally and externally.
- Train and educate managers and employees on the importance of employee engagement and how to participate in activities and initiatives.
- Act as a role model for positive and engaged behavior within the company.
- Continuously seek feedback from employees and use it to improve engagement strategies.
- Maintain a budget for employee engagement activities and manage expenses effectively.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Employee Engagement, Preferably In A Tech Or Fast-Paced Environment
Strong Understanding Of Employee Engagement Strategies And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Employee Engagement Initiatives, Such As Surveys, Events, And Recognition Programs
