- Develop and execute the FedRAMP strategy for RingCentral, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements and regulations.
- Lead and manage the FedRAMP program, including overseeing all technical aspects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the security and compliance of RingCentral's cloud communications platform in accordance with FedRAMP guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on all changes and updates to FedRAMP requirements and proactively implement necessary changes within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, security, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the FedRAMP program.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all FedRAMP related matters, providing guidance and support to various teams and departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with FedRAMP officials and other relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports and updates on the status of the FedRAMP program to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to FedRAMP compliance.
- Monitor and track the progress of the FedRAMP program, ensuring timely completion of all necessary tasks and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the FedRAMP program and identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with external auditors and assessors to successfully complete FedRAMP audits and assessments.
- Represent RingCentral at industry events and conferences, promoting our FedRAMP program and sharing best practices.
- Maintain a high level of expertise in FedRAMP requirements and leverage this knowledge to drive the success of the program.
Extensive Knowledge Of Fedramp: A Director, Fedramp Technical Program Manager At Ringcentral Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Fedramp Certification Process, Including The Latest Requirements And Updates. They Should Be Well-Versed In The Technical And Security Standards Set By Fedramp For Cloud Service Providers.
Experience In Technical Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Program Management, Preferably In A Cloud Computing Or Saas Environment. They Should Be Familiar With Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile, And Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Projects.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Security: As Fedramp Is Focused On Security And Risk Management, It Is Crucial For The Director To Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Security Principles And Best Practices. They Should Have Experience In Implementing Security Controls And Managing Security Audits.
Leadership And Communication Skills: The Director, Fedramp Technical Program Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Technical Professionals And Coordinating With Various Stakeholders, Including Government Agencies. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Different Teams.
