- Utilize technical expertise and a deep understanding of CX principles to design and implement effective and efficient systems and automation processes.

- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for systems and automation processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CX and technology to constantly improve and innovate our systems and processes.
- Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including leadership, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with systems and automation processes, and implement timely and effective solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work that meets business requirements and user needs.
- Collaborate with the wider team to set and achieve goals related to customer experience and business growth.

- Mentor and train team members on CX principles and technical skills related to systems and automation design.

Experience With Cx Systems And Automation Platforms: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Cx Systems And Automation Platforms Such As Salesforce, Zendesk, Or Twilio. They Should Be Familiar With Designing And Implementing Various Automation Workflows And Processes Within These Systems.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Scripting: Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Javascript Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience With Scripting Languages Like Sql And Be Able To Write Complex Queries To Retrieve And Manipulate Data From Various Systems.
Understanding Of Customer Experience And Journey Mapping: A Cx Systems & Automation Designer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Experience And Journey Mapping. They Should Be Able To Use This Knowledge To Design And Implement Automation Processes That Improve The Overall Customer Experience.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem Solve: As A Cx Systems & Automation Designer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise With Automation Processes. They Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams Such As Customer Support, Sales, And Marketing.
