Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Support Billing Analyst looking for your next challenge? As a Customer Support Billing Analyst at RingCentral, you will be responsible for providing technical and billing support to our customers. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skillset and expertise to help our customers with their billing and technical enquiries.We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service or billing support role, have a working knowledge of billing systems, and be highly computer literate. If you have an eye for detail, exceptional technical skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical and billing support to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Troubleshoot customer billing and technical issues.
  4. Research and develop solutions to customer issues.
  5. Document customer interactions using appropriate software.
  6. Maintain customer accounts and ensure accurate billing systems.
  7. Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  9. Identify and recommend process improvements.
  10. Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.
