Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Customer Success Associate to join our growing team at RingCentral. Our ideal candidate will have a customer-first approach to problem solving and have a demonstrated track record of success in customer support and/or customer success roles.As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the primary point of contact to our customers and will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical support, troubleshooting, and answering customer inquiries.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and an eagerness to learn. You should be a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for helping others.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field• 1+ years of experience in customer support or customer success• Strong communication and customer service skills• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools• Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries• Ability to empathize with customer issues and provide solutions• Strong problem-solving skills• Outstanding organizational and time management skills• A passion for customer success
