
Customer Experience and Retention Representative
RingCentral is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Experience and Retention Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong customer relationships, and promoting customer loyalty. The ideal candidate must have a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering an exceptional experience.The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to take initiative and work well independently. You should also be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to provide high-quality customer service.We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide effective customer service and support by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote customer loyalty.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Proactively identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with RingCentral's customer service policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of product and service updates and changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
