Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations and ensure efficient use of the company's resources
2. Develop and implement strategies to help maintain financial performance
3. Prepare financial reports for the executive team
4. Analyze financial data and identify trends and risks
5. Develop financial models and forecasting tools to assess the financial impact of potential investments and other business decisions
6. Monitor and review financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
7. Provide guidance and advice to the executive team on financial matters
8. Liaise with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions
9. Manage accounting and finance teams, including the recruitment, training, and development of staff
10. Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and legislation
