Content Designer - User Education

We’re looking for an experienced Content Designer - User Education to join the RingCentral team and help create compelling content that educates our users on the value of our products. You’ll be responsible for developing content that is comprehensive and easy to understand, in order to help our customers use our products to their fullest potential.The ideal candidate for this position will be creative and have a passion for helping people learn and understand complex topics. We’re looking for someone who can think outside the box and create engaging content that resonates with our customers.To be successful as a Content Designer - User Education at RingCentral, you should have excellent writing skills, be able to take complex topics and simplify them for a variety of audiences, and be comfortable with creating content for both digital and print platforms. You should also have a deep understanding of customer needs and be able to tailor your content to those needs. Experience with content management systems and analytics tools is also a plus.
