Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our employees have access to competitive and comprehensive benefits packages. We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance, as well as a passion for supporting our employees' well-being.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive benefits package for employees in the United States, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations and company policies.
  2. Educate and assist employees with understanding their benefits options, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits offerings.
  3. Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate and timely enrollment, changes, and terminations for all benefits programs.
  4. Monitor and analyze benefits trends to recommend improvements and cost-saving measures.
  5. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues, providing prompt and empathetic customer service.
  7. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to manage benefits programs and resolve any issues.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records and data.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of benefits data and processes.
  10. Collaborate with the finance team to manage benefits budget and expenses.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration.
  12. Support and participate in open enrollment and other benefits-related events.
  13. Train and educate HR team and managers on benefits policies and procedures.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the employee benefits experience and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Fmla, And Aca.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Educate And Communicate Benefit Programs To Employees.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Recommendations For Improving Benefits Programs.
