Job Description

As the company’s first ADR, your previous sales experience and personal interest in implementing procedures and processes will define how we conduct sales outreach. The successful candidate in this role will be self-motivated, high energy, and an excellent communicator. Pioneer the ADR role including setting up cross functional ways of working, tuning the existing marketing tech stack tools, and defining the reporting content and cadence. Understand buyer’s needs and how our solutions address the challenges they face. Prospect into new business accounts via a multi-channel approach (email, social, call). Collaborate and provide feedback to Marketing and Sales leadership to improve messaging, content, strategy and results. Refine the lead generation playbook based on results and best practices. Follow-up and qualify inbound leads from web inquiries, demonstration requests, content downloads, webinars, conferences. Maintain and update Salesforce with information on prospects and customers. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity metrics.

Job Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of sales development experience in SaaS with proven results

  • Tech-savvy/proficient in digital tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach

Compensation
