Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Supply & Logistic Coordinator to join the Richemont Group team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and requires the successful candidate to possess a unique combination of technical and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the luxury goods industry. They must also be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the latest supply chain processes and best practices. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the supply chain and logistics departments.
  2. Apply the latest supply chain processes and best practices to ensure optimal efficiency.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  4. Collaborate with other departments on inventory management, shipping & receiving, and other logistics operations.
  5. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Create and manage detailed reports and documents related to supply chain operations.
  7. Identify and implement cost reduction strategies.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Maintain open communication with other team members and management.
  10. Review and recommend changes to existing policies and procedures.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Supply & Logistic Coordinator in Neuchâtel, Switzerland is CHF 5,200 to CHF 7,000 per month. This range is based on the current market rate for the position.
