Job Description

Richemont Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Supplier Digital Collaboration Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining digital supplier collaborations across the Group’s global operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital technology, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to maintain digital supplier collaborations across the Richemont Group's global operations.
  2. Monitor and analyze digital performance data to identify areas of operational improvement.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage supplier relationships and to ensure efficient digital collaboration.
  4. Manage projects related to digital supplier collaborations, such as developing new tools and processes.
  5. Develop and implement training programs to ensure internal staff are knowledgeable about digital collaboration practices.
  6. Maintain up-to-date documentation for digital supplier collaborations.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve digital supply chain issues as they arise.
  8. Research and stay abreast of new technologies and trends related to digital supplier collaboration to ensure the Group is able to take full advantage of the latest developments.
  9. Provide feedback, suggestions, and insights to help improve the Group's digital supplier collaboration processes and strategies.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions for supplier collaborations.
