Job Description

Richemont Group is looking for an experienced and talented Staff Accountant (Inventory) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, tracking and reporting inventory and costs, and providing timely and accurate financial information to the wider finance team. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate inventory records and track inventory and costs.
  2. Provide timely and accurate financial information to the wider finance team.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
  4. Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  5. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
  6. Participate in month-end close and other periodic account reconciliations.
  7. Develop and implement best practices for inventory accounting and reporting.
  8. Liaise with other departments and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
