Senior Brand Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Accountant to join the Richemont Group. Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized, analytical professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Previous experience in the luxury goods sector is a plus, but not required.As Senior Brand Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our brand portfolio. You will interact with multiple business stakeholders and colleagues to ensure that all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial processes and controls in order to maximize profitability and optimize resources.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reporting for the brand portfolio.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
3. Manage financial operations for the brand portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
4. Develop and implement financial processes and controls to maximize profitability and optimize resources.
5. Monitor and report on the performance of the brand portfolio against budgeted targets.
6. Liaise with multiple stakeholders, such as internal departments, vendors, and customers.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
9. Stay up to date with financial industry trends and best practices.
10. Provide advice and recommendations on financial strategies to improve performance.
