Job Description

The Richemont Group is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to take on a leadership role in our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent organization and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for excellence. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to meet our strategic objectives.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management in an international environment. The successful candidate will have a degree in business, engineering, or related field, and be adept at managing budgets, timelines, and resources. The Project Manager should have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with speaking to stakeholders from all levels of the organization. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as a passion for driving innovation and understanding customer needs, are essential.We offer a collaborative environment that values creativity, initiative, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects that meet the Richemont Group's strategic objectives.
  2. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  3. Develop and manage project plans.
  4. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
  7. Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to project team members.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
  9. Report on project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  10. Develop and maintain project documentation.

Compensation
