Job Description

As a Group Talent Acquisition Intern at Richemont Group, you will have the opportunity to support our global Talent Acquisition team in their efforts to recruit top-tier talent. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented intern who is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.You will have the chance to learn about the global recruitment process from the inside out and contribute to the team’s success. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to source candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate database.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. You should also have an understanding of the recruitment process and be comfortable working in an international environment. Knowledge of recruiting best practices and experience in the area of talent acquisition is beneficial, but not required. Above all, you should be passionate about connecting people with opportunities and be excited to become an integral part of the global Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates using various recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, and referrals • Conduct initial screenings of potential candidates and maintain accurate records • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders • Track and manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition • Assist with the creation of recruitment materials, such as job postings and interview guides • Participate in recruitment fairs and events • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies • Provide ongoing support to the Talent Acquisition team

Compensation
