Job Description

Richemont Group is looking for a professional, detail-oriented Back-Office Administrator to join our team. As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports, and helping to monitor and analyze financial data. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced knowledge of accounting principles, and at least three years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and management of office supplies.
  2. Ensure accuracy of financial records and reports by performing regular audits and verifying all information.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  4. Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and other documents as required.
  5. Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
  6. Liaise with external auditors and other business partners to ensure accurate reporting.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of internal financial controls.
  8. Provide support with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
  9. Support the team with resolving accounting issues and discrepancies.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
