Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are organized, stored and shipped efficiently. 1. Receive and process incoming shipments of products accurately and efficiently.
2. Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring products are easily accessible and stored safely.
3. Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
4. Prepare products for shipment by accurately picking, packing, and labeling items.
5. Load and unload trucks, containers, and other delivery vehicles.
6. Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
7. Keep work areas clean and organized, following all safety protocols.
8. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
9. Assist with assembly and disassembly of furniture and other products as needed.
10. Communicate with other departments to coordinate product transfers and returns.
11. Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
12. Identify and report any damaged or defective products.
13. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or inquiries.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
15. Continuously strive to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
16. Cross-train in other warehouse positions as needed.
