1. Develop and implement visually stunning and impactful displays for all retail locations.
2. Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive and on-brand visual merchandising strategies.
3. Stay up-to-date with current design trends and incorporate them into displays to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
4. Use excellent organizational skills to ensure all products are properly displayed and maintained in an attractive and functional manner.
5. Create and maintain planograms and floor plans for each retail location.
6. Train and mentor sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that visual displays align with brand messaging and campaigns.
8. Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's aesthetic and ensure all displays accurately represent the brand's image.
9. Understand and utilize space planning and traffic flow to maximize sales potential.
10. Participate in store openings and renovations to ensure all visual elements are executed according to brand standards.
11. Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance the in-store shopping experience for customers.
12. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
13. Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising storage area.
