1. Develop and execute visually appealing and strategic merchandising plans for the store, in line with the company's brand and aesthetic.
2. Create and maintain attractive displays that showcase our products in a way that resonates with customers and drives sales.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buyers and designers, to ensure product placement and visual displays accurately represent the brand and current trends.
4. Utilize strong knowledge of design principles to curate visually stunning and on-trend displays.
5. Continuously monitor and adjust displays to ensure they are visually appealing, fully stocked, and well-maintained.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor displays to ensure our displays are innovative and engaging.
7. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure consistency of visual standards.
8. Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute visual merchandising for special events and promotions.
10. Maintain a clean and organized visual stockroom and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.
11. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store environment reflects the company's values and aesthetic.
12. Continuously seek out ways to improve the customer shopping experience through visual enhancements and innovative displays.
13. Adhere to company safety standards and practices at all times.
14. Attend regular meetings and trainings to stay informed on product knowledge, visual merchandising best practices, and company updates.
15. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
