Store Planner

The Store Planner is a key role at Restoration Hardware, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive operational excellence and improve store profitability. As an integral part of the store team, the Store Planner will work closely with the Store Manager to create an environment that promotes customer satisfaction, team engagement, and operational excellence. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is a creative problem solver and is passionate about driving results.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. The Store Planner must have a strong understanding of store operations and the ability to translate strategies into actionable and measurable plans. The successful candidate must be able to think “outside the box” and bring creative solutions to the table.
