Restoration Hardware is seeking a talented Real Estate Coordinator to join our team and assist in managing our expanding portfolio. As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing real estate transactions. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.   1. Coordinate and execute real estate transactions, including lease agreements, property acquisitions, and sales agreements.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized records of all real estate transactions and documents.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to assist in identifying potential properties for acquisition or sale.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient completion of real estate transactions.
  5. Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of real estate deals, including rent, purchase price, and other financial terms.
  6. Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  7. Communicate with landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals to facilitate and coordinate property visits, inspections, and negotiations.
  8. Monitor and track lease expirations and assist in the renewal process.
  9. Provide support to the Real Estate team in various tasks, such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulations related to real estate.
  11. Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, in all real estate activities.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and help implement them.
  14. Ensure all deadlines are met and projects are completed within budget.
  15. Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Coordination Or Project Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Processes, Including Zoning, Leasing, And Permitting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Multitask And Manage Multiple Real Estate Projects Simultaneously, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Meeting Deadlines.
