- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to develop new product ideas and concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and vision.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify potential opportunities for new products and product improvements.
- Create detailed product specifications, including materials, finishes, and dimensions, to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Source and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective production.
- Manage the product development process from concept to production, including sample reviews, testing, and final approvals.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, merchandising, sourcing, and production, to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Monitor and track product development timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to inform product development decisions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members and cross-functional teams to ensure product development goals and objectives are met.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Development Or A Related Role.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Consumer Preferences In The Home Furnishings Industry.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Product Development Software, Such As Adobe Creative Suite.
