- Work closely with designers, engineers, and vendors to develop and refine product designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and are feasible for production.
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch, including creating timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Conduct product testing and gather feedback to make necessary improvements and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing, lead times, and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage product costs to ensure they align with company budget and profitability goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in product development to continuously improve processes and products.
- Communicate product updates and timelines effectively to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Uphold company values and brand image through product development and ensure products align with company standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Development, Preferably In The Home Furnishings Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Preferences.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing Product Development Projects From Concept To Launch.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Cross-Functionally With Design, Sourcing, And Merchandising Teams.
