Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire procurement process from vendor selection to product delivery
2. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers
3. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure the best prices and delivery times
4. Monitor purchase orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness
5. Investigate and resolve any issues related to procurement
6. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities
7. Prepare and analyze reports to evaluate current procurement practices
8. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
10. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
