
Procurement Specialist
At Restoration Hardware, we are looking for a talented and highly motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team. We are searching for an individual who has a proven track record of success in procurement operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This individual should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. At least three years of experience in procurement operations is desired. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, have strong problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of procurement industry best practices.If you’re a driven and detail-oriented individual who is looking to make a positive impact in a dynamic and innovative team, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize cost savings and optimize performance in procurement operations.
- Evaluate supplier performance and initiate negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Monitor the market for new product developments and trends to source competitively and maintain supplier relationships.
- Research and analyze market trends, pricing, and industry news to identify new opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and logistics, to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and determine the best solutions.
- Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to product delivery.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with procurement operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Analyze and compile reports on procurement operations to identify areas of improvement.
