  1. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential loss or security risks.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to prevent theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
  3. Monitor and review security footage to identify any suspicious activity.
  4. Train and educate employees on loss prevention policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with store management to identify and address any security or safety concerns.
  6. Communicate with law enforcement agencies as needed for criminal investigations.
  7. Conduct background checks on potential employees and vendors.
  8. Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security measures.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology.
  10. Monitor and manage inventory levels to identify any discrepancies or potential losses.
  11. Develop and implement emergency response protocols.
  12. Conduct regular safety and security inspections to identify and address any hazards.
  13. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience.
  14. Work closely with the HR department to handle any employee-related security issues.
  15. Act as a liaison between the company and external security agencies or partners.
  16. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  17. Prepare and present reports on loss prevention metrics and initiatives to upper management.
  18. Stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  19. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  20. Continuously assess and improve security measures to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
