  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize expertise and knowledge of lighting to assist customers in finding the perfect pieces for their homes.
  3. Exhibit a strong understanding of lighting techniques, including knowledge of various types of lighting fixtures, bulbs, and placement.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for Restoration Hardware, showcasing a deep understanding and passion for the company's values and products.
  5. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and new lighting products to provide customers with the most current and relevant information.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Participate in product training and development to continually enhance product knowledge and expertise.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper care and maintenance of lighting displays and products.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  11. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
  13. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall customer experience and sales performance.
  14. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
  15. Uphold the company's standards of quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experience in all interactions with customers and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Lighting Design Or Sales, Preferably In A Retail Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Lighting Products: In-Depth Knowledge Of Lighting Products, Including Different Styles, Materials, And Technologies.

  • Design Skills: Ability To Provide Lighting Design Solutions For Various Spaces, Taking Into Consideration Factors Such As Size, Layout, And Ambiance.

  • Customer Service: Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Understand And Meet The Needs Of Clients While Providing A Positive And Memorable Shopping Experience.

  • Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Convey Information About Products And Provide Recommendations To Customers.
