- Conduct regular audits and physical inventory counts to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to accurately track inventory levels and forecast future needs
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages or excess stock
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management to inform decision-making
- Identify and implement improvements in the inventory management system to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on inventory management processes and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding inventory inquiries and requests
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the inventory management process.
