We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer | Advanced to join our team and help us bring our clients' visions to life. As an Interior Designer at Restoration Hardware, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our talented team of designers and curate stunning interior spaces for our clients. We are looking for a driven and creative individual who is passionate about design and has a keen eye for detail. If you have a strong portfolio and meet the qualifications listed below, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and visions for their interior spaces.
  2. Create and present design concepts and plans that align with client's preferences and budget.
  3. Utilize advanced knowledge of design principles, materials, and furniture to curate functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  4. Research and source products and materials to be used in projects.
  5. Work closely with a team of designers to ensure cohesive and high-quality designs.
  6. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  7. Communicate and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  9. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs.
  10. Maintain accurate project documentation and budgets.
  11. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
  12. Represent Restoration Hardware with a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Interior Design Or Related Field

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Design Principles, Color Theory, And Space Planning

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In High-End Residential Or Commercial Interior Design

  • Proficiency In Industry-Specific Software Such As Autocad, Sketchup, And Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.
