As an Interior Designer at Restoration Hardware, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial, and collaborate with a team of passionate and creative individuals. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.   1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  2. Create detailed design plans and presentations for residential and commercial projects.
  3. Utilize advanced design techniques and tools to bring clients' visions to life.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into designs.
  5. Work closely with a team of designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
  7. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and effective completion.
  8. Conduct site visits and measurements to accurately assess project requirements.
  9. Source and select materials, furniture, and decor to meet project specifications.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and services.
  12. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas.
  13. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing them with feedback and support.
  14. Continuously strive to improve design skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.
  15. Represent Restoration Hardware and uphold our brand standards in all interactions with clients and industry professionals.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Interior Design: At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Working As An Interior Designer, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Projects In Both Residential And Commercial Spaces.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Design Principles And Trends: A Thorough Understanding Of Design Principles And The Ability To Stay Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends In Interior Design Is Essential. This Includes Knowledge Of Color Theory, Space Planning, Furniture Styles, And Materials.

  • Proficiency In Autocad And Other Design Software: Advanced Skills In Autocad And Other Design Software Are Necessary For Creating Detailed Floor Plans, Elevations, And 3D Renderings. Experience With Other Software Such As Sketchup And Revit Is Also Desired.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As An Advanced Interior Designer At Restoration Hardware, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Contractors, And Other Team Members To Bring A Project To Completion.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Project Management Skills: An Advanced Interior Designer Must Possess Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure All Aspects Of A Project Are Executed Flawlessly. They Should Also Have Strong Project Management Skills To Effectively Manage Timelines, Budgets, And Resources.
