Interior Designer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Interior Designer to join our team at Restoration Hardware! As an Interior Design Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-end design services to our customers, ranging from assisting with product selection to creating custom design plans. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of design trends and techniques, a passion for interior design, and excellent customer service skills. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field • Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role• In-depth knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.• Excellent sense of style and aesthetics• Creative problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities: • Assist customers in selecting products and creating custom design plans • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques • Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc. to create custom designs • Generate sketches and drawings of projects for customers • Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met • Prepare presentations and deliver design advice to customers • Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers • Create cost estimates for materials and services • Source materials, fabrics, and finishes • Ensure design projects meet customer specifications and requirements • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
