  1. Assist interior designers in creating and implementing design concepts for clients.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to develop and present creative solutions for clients' spaces.
  3. Conduct research on design trends, materials, and products to enhance design proposals.
  4. Utilize design software and other tools to create visual representations of design concepts.
  5. Prepare design presentations and assist in client meetings.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source and procure materials and furnishings.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of Restoration Hardware's product offerings and design aesthetic.
  8. Ensure all design projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
  9. Assist in creating and maintaining accurate project documentation.
  10. Participate in showroom and store visual merchandising to create an immersive shopping experience for customers.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and attend relevant trade shows and events.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities to improve design processes and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Restoration Hardware by upholding the company's values and standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Design Principles: A Qualified Interior Design Assistant At Restoration Hardware Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Design Principles Such As Color Theory, Space Planning, And Material Selection.
