A degree in Interior Design or related field is required, as well as proficiency in design software and a strong understanding of design principles. 1. Assist interior designers in creating stunning and functional spaces for clients.
2. Collaborate with the design team to develop and present design concepts.
3. Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to design projects.
4. Conduct research and gather materials for design projects.
5. Create 2D and 3D renderings and presentations using design software.
6. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the design process.
7. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
8. Attend client meetings and take detailed notes for design team.
9. Assist in sourcing and selecting materials, furniture, and decor for projects.
10. Help with ordering and tracking of materials and products.
11. Keep up-to-date with current design trends and products.
12. Assist in creating project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
13. Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
14. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
15. Continuously learn and grow in the field of interior design.
