• Assist interior designers in creating and implementing design plans for clients' homes
• Collaborate with design team to select and source furniture, fabrics, and accessories
• Maintain organized design library and samples inventory
• Prepare and present design concepts and mood boards to clients
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials for design projects
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and installations with clients and design team
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing orders, and maintaining project files
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients
• Attend design meetings and participate in site visits as needed
