12. Participate in company-wide initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
13. Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and change management initiatives.
14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
