
Human Resources Generalist

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent work environment for all employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and concerns from employees and managers.
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee feedback.
- Collaborate with managers to address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and retention strategies.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Generalist Role.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations.
Experience In Recruitment, Onboarding, And Employee Relations.
