1. Lead and manage a team of design professionals, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing development and support.
2. Create and maintain an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere in the gallery, ensuring that customers feel valued and comfortable.
3. Utilize your design expertise to curate visually stunning product displays that showcase the Restoration Hardware brand and products.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
6. Ensure high levels of product knowledge among team members and assist in providing product information and recommendations to customers.
7. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with other Gallery Leaders and corporate teams to implement new initiatives and strategies.
9. Oversee inventory management, ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed.
10. Maintain Gallery standards of cleanliness and organization to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure team members are also following them.
13. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Restoration Hardware with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
15. Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
